FAQ

Ans) We do next day deliveries for all orders received before 10pm. No orders are delivered on Sundays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are delivered on Monday. Delivery timings are between 1pm-9pm. We don’t commit to any specific time for delivery and we do not do same day deliveries.

Ans) Flat rate Rs. 160.

Ans) All pre-cut vegetables are weighed before being cleaned, peeled, de-seed and chopped. Mix vegetable packs and chicken are weighed in full (net weight).

Ans) All vegetables (pre-cut and whole) and chicken are washed before being packed.

Ans) We send fresh produce only. If an item is not available in fresh on the day of delivery, we do not send that item and adjust the amount for the said in the total bill.

Ans) There are no preservatives used in any of the items of Chop Fresh. Storage time and method for each vegetable varies and as there are no preservatives added it is recommended to use items on the same day of delivery or store accordingly in fridge if needed.
