Shipping & Refund
Next day shipping for all orders received before 10 p.m. No orders are delivered on Sundays. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are delivered on Monday. Delivery timings are between 1pm-9pm. We don’t commit to any specific time for delivery and we do not do same day delivery.
All items are bought fresh on the day of delivery to maintain freshness.
In case you are unsatisfied by the quality of any item, you may ask (by leaving us a message on our WhatsApp +92-301-0244573) for a refund of the said within 1 hour of delivery (in summers) and within 2hrs of delivery (in winters) and the amount for it will be refunded through bank transfer or balance will be adjusted in your next bill. For chicken and frozen items, however, the refund policy only applies till when the order is delivered to you and you accept the order and pay the rider for it. There is no refund on frozen items, pickles and chutnis if you are not satisfied with the taste of the said as taste preferences may vary for each person. Please note; picture of the product received is mandatory to initiate the refund process.
We guarantee the highest quality fresh produce which is handpicked for each order. As all our items are perishable in nature and we do not use any preservatives, no refund will be entertained for complaints forwarded after the stipulated time.
